The bridal party may choose to arrive by boat for a dramatic entrance - Queenstown's Main Town Pier is on Prime's front doorstep. Prime has recently undergone a major refurbishment and its elegent decor is complemented by modern art. The central open fireplace is a popular feature in winter and the open balcony provides a private smoking area. There is a stage at one end of the restaurant, suitable for the bridal table, band or entertainment. A lift is provided for guests entering from Rees Street; Prime's other entrance is accessed by stairs from the lakefront. Prime is licenced until 1.30 am.
