Tour Menus

 

 

We welcome tour groups at Prime by arrangement.

We have designed these menus for companies who book regular groups, ideally at least twice per season, but this is not essential.

You may also be interested in our main function menus.

These are our suggestions; we are happy to adapt our menus to suit your clients' budget and cuisine requirements.

Lunch

Prime is open for lunch during summer, serving fresh, light meals on our lake-side lawn, sunny balcony or upstairs overlooking Lake Wakatipu.

At other times of the year we will open Prime for lunch by arrangement - a minimum spend may apply depending on your group size and menu choices.

Deluxe Tour Dinner

Prawn cocktail with cocktail sauce, avocado puree and salad greens

Duck liver pate with crostini, apple and pear chutney and small salad.

Main Course
Chicken Breast stuffed with cream cheese pesto on vegetables and potatoes.
Or
Fillet of beef with Dauphinoise potatoes, roasted cherry tomatoes and red wine jus.

(A vegetarian option will be available by arrangement)

Dessert
Chocolate brownie with hot chocolate sauce, served with vanilla cream.

Lemon and lime cheesecake with berry coulis and whipped cream.

Notes

Tour group bookings will be accepted subject to Prime's booking and cancellation policy.

Agents who plan to refer regular bookings may like to establish a credit account so we can invoice you on receipt of tour vouchers. Please contact Mark Jessop at dine@primerestaurant.co.nz to request a credit application.
